- 1 large carrot
- 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
- 2 good handful of rocket
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 3-4 wafer thin slices lean ham
- black pepper
- Coarsely grate the carrot and mix with the orange juice and some salt, if you want. Mix the rocket with the pumpkin seeds. Top with lean ham and grind over some fresh black pepper.
